What is your rate?

Basically, our rate is based on the source word counts to be translated from English. However, we will charge on the target word counts for the translations from Thai, Burmese, Laos and Khmer into English as they could not count on the source word.

How to order?

Please get a quotation by email or via online. When you accepted our quote, you would need to send us an order confirmation or your work order or purchase order. Once we received your order confirmation/work order/purchase order, we will start your project right away. We will send you a notification that your project is being processed once we started your project. Please note that we may request a down payment (30% of total cost) for first time dealing.

For individuals, we will request you to pay us in advance via PayPal.com or Moneybookers.com. Once we confirmed your payment, we will start your project right away.

What is your payment term?

Our payment term is 30 days net from the invoiced date.

How we can pay?

You can pay us by wire transfer or via online such as PayPal.com or Moneybookers.com. We will send our account ID once you confirmed to pay via online.

What is Trados and why Trados?

Trados is a translation memory software and we usually use it for the translation of user's guides, user manuals, catalogs, operation manuals which are required to update frequently and annually.
